Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. Content generated by Jyoti including readings, remedies, and interpretations may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission. All intellectual property belongs to Jyoti.
Jyoti uses established astronomical ephemeris data for planetary calculations. Interpretations are based on classical Vedic and Nadi astrological tradition. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes is made. Jyoti accepts no liability for decisions made based on readings.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Daily remedies are traditional Vedic spiritual practices. They are not medical treatments. If you have any health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before adopting any physical remedy or practice. Jyoti accepts no liability for any adverse health outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jyoti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For users outside Australia, applicable local laws also apply. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts unless otherwise required by local law.
Jyoti is available worldwide. Additional local legal obligations may apply depending on your jurisdiction including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California, USA), and PDPB (India). The service complies with applicable international privacy and consumer protection law.
Jyoti reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.

We collect your name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and preferred language. We also collect payment information (processed securely via Stripe) and app usage data.
Your birth data is used solely to calculate your Nadi astrological chart and generate personalised readings and daily remedies. Your email is used to deliver your subscription, send daily remedy notifications, and communicate service updates.
All personal data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. Birth data and readings are stored on secure servers. We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days following cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with service providers (such as payment processors) only to the extent necessary to operate the service, under strict confidentiality agreements.
Jyoti complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. Your information is handled with due care and in accordance with all applicable Australian privacy law.
